The client's name is Obed, from Tanzania. He is our old friend. We have been working with him for more than 15 years and we have established a deep friendship. At the beginning, Obed was our ordinary customer. After a period of mutual cooperation and understanding, he has become our technical representative in Tanzania and can provide various technical support to our customers in Tanzania. At the end of 2020, we will have 23 injection molding machines and a large number of molds sent to Tanzania.

A: We use standard HASCO or DME components for all wear parts (e.g., guide pins, bushings, ejectors, springs). You can purchase replacements directly from local distributors in your country.
Q: What is the typical cycle time for a 4-cavity thin-wall food container mold?
A: With optimized cooling layout and high-speed injection, cycle times range from 6 to 12 seconds, depending on the exact wall thickness (typically 0.4mm - 0.8mm).
Q: How do you handle Engineering Change Orders (ECO) after the mold is built?
A: We design critical product areas (such as logos, ribs, or high-wear gates) with replaceable inserts. This allows modifications or renewals without machining the entire core or cavity block.
Q: What do we receive upon mold delivery?
A: Every mold is treated with anti-rust oil, vacuum-sealed, and packed in a plywood crate. The crate contains: the physical mold, a USB drive with 2D/3D CAD drawings, hot runner manuals, the T1 molding parameter sheet, and tool maintenance guidelines.
Q: Do you manufacture multi-material or overmolding tools?
A: Yes. We design and build 2-Shot (2K) rotary molds and insert overmolding tools for products requiring combined materials, such as PP rigid structures with TPE soft-grip handles.
