Plastic Flower Pot Injection Mold Molding Machine is an industrial injection molding system designed for manufacturing plastic flower pots, nursery containers, gardening planters, and horticultural planting pots using PP, PE, and recycled polymer materials.

Structural Stability for Large-Diameter Pots

Reinforced Rib Filling Control
Flower pots require structural ribs for load-bearing soil and water weight. Multi-stage injection pressure control improves melt penetration into rib structures, preventing short shots and weak stress zones.
Optimized Cooling for Thick-Wall Products
High-volume pots require longer cooling cycles. The mold cooling system uses deep-channel water circuits to accelerate heat dissipation and reduce warping in thick-wall PP/HDPE products.
Recycled Material Processing Capability
Optional screw and barrel configurations support recycled PP/HDPE materials commonly used in gardening product manufacturing, ensuring stable plasticization and reduced material degradation.
